Our AI Ethics Principles
Every AI tool on KolayDönüştür follows the ethical framework below. It is shaped by the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation 2024/1689), Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the OECD AI Principles and the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of AI (2021).
1. Transparency
Every AI-generated output is clearly labelled. An "AI generated" badge and metadata are written into each file (AI Act Article 50).
2. Accountability
The AI infrastructure we use and how data flows through it are documented internally. AI output is labelled and stays subject to human review.
3. Privacy and data minimisation
Files you upload are stored only temporarily for processing and are NEVER used to train AI. Turkish KVKK Article 5 (explicit consent) and Article 6 (special-category data) protections apply.
4. High-risk recognition
In AI Act Annex III "high risk" areas — CV screening, credit scoring, educational assessment — we warn that human oversight is mandatory; output is never presented as an automated decision.
5. Bias prevention
CV and competency tools are checked for gender, age and ethnicity bias. Users are shown an "AI may carry bias" warning.
6. Prohibited areas
We do NOT provide medical diagnosis, legally binding opinions, or investment advice requiring a licence. These stay informational, with a pointer to a qualified professional.
7. Copyright and ownership
Sources used for AI generation are assessed under Turkish Law 5846 and fair use. Commercial use of the generated output is the user's responsibility.
8. Human control
All AI output is a draft, not a final decision. Do not publish it without reviewing it. A "human approval required" notice appears on every AI tool page.
9. Child protection
Parental consent is required for users under 18 (KVKK Art. 5/3, GDPR Art. 8). Sensitive AI tools include an age-confirmation checkbox.
10. Reporting and correction
If you see incorrect, biased or objectionable AI output, use the 🚩 "Report" button. We review reports within 48 hours.
