KVKK Disclosure Notice
Pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
- Identity (name, username — if registered)
- Contact (e-mail, IP)
- Transaction security (logs, cookies)
- User content (uploaded files — short-lived, deleted after processing)
- Payment data (via PayTR; card data is not stored by us)
3. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the requested conversion/processing service
- Account & quota management
- Security, abuse detection, fraud prevention
- Legal obligations (invoicing, tax)
- Statistics & service improvement (anonymous/aggregate)
4. Legal Basis (KVKK Art. 5)
- Necessity for the conclusion/performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Legitimate interest — without harming fundamental rights (Art. 5/2-f)
- Explicit consent (for optional uses like marketing, Art. 5/1)
5. Transfers (Domestic / International)
Shared with our service providers (hosting, e-mail, payment, AI) on a need-to-know basis. International transfers comply with KVKK Art. 9, using adequate-protection countries or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
- Uploaded files: deleted within 24 hours after processing (usually immediately).
- Account record: while the account is active + 1 year.
- Invoices/tax docs: 10 years (TCC Art. 82, TPL Art. 253).
- Security logs: 2 years.
7. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether personal data is being processed
- Request information if processed
- Learn the purpose and whether used accordingly
- Know third parties to whom data is transferred
- Request rectification of incomplete/inaccurate data
- Request erasure under KVKK Art. 7
- Request notification of these operations to third parties
- Object to outcomes against you from solely automated analysis
- Request compensation for damages from unlawful processing

Video Analysis and Video Dubbing: processors abroad and explicit consent
The video/audio file you upload in these two tools, or the content downloaded from a link, is transferred to the service providers located abroad listed below solely to provide the service. The transfer takes place only when you use these tools and on the basis of the EXPLICIT CONSENT you give before uploading; if you do not consent, these two tools cannot be used (other tools are unaffected). Voice recordings and speech content may constitute personal data.

- Your files are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2. The source video and intermediate files are deleted as soon as processing finishes; results are kept for 30 days in Video Analysis and 7 days in Video Dubbing and you can delete them at any time from within the tool ("Delete my data now").
- We do not use your content to train AI models. Each provider's own processing and retention terms are governed by that provider's privacy policy.
- You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time (effective going forward): write to [email protected] or delete the relevant job from within the tool. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
- The time of your consent and the version of the text (2026-09-28-v1) are stored with your job record.
