1. Parties
These Terms of Service are concluded between KolayDönüştür ("Company") and individuals or entities using the services ("User"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Service
KolayDönüştür provides the following services:
- PDF, image, video, audio, and document conversion
- File compression and optimization
- AI-powered file analysis (PRO)
- File sharing and temporary storage
- 75+ free online tools
3. User Obligations
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Do not upload copyright-infringing content
- Do not process others' personal data without consent
- Do not use automated bots or scraping software
- Do not send requests that overload the system
- Do not share account credentials with third parties
4. Prohibited Use
Service will be immediately terminated and legal action initiated for:
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or ransomware
- Copyright infringement (DMCA)
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Fraudulent or identity-theft purposes
- National security-threatening content
5. Free and PRO Plan
- Free plan: daily file limits and standard processing speed
- PRO plan: unlimited conversions, priority queue, advanced AI tools
- Subscriptions auto-renew; cancellation applies from next billing cycle
- 30-day notice before price changes
6. Intellectual Property
Site design, code, trademarks, and content belong to KolayDönüştür. The user declares they hold copyright to uploaded files. All rights to converted files belong to the user.
7. Limitation of Liability
KolayDönüştür is not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or conversion errors. Maximum liability is limited to the last 3 months of paid subscription fees.
8. Changes and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the service. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Users may delete their account at any time.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Istanbul Anatolian Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
