Refund Policy

1. General Policy

KolayDonstur prioritizes user satisfaction. Refunds for purchased PRO subscriptions are provided under the conditions specified below. Refunds do not apply to free plan users.

2. Right of Withdrawal (7 Days)

Under Article 48 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase without giving any reason. A full refund is issued when:

• You are subscribing for the first time and have not previously requested a refund
• You have not extensively used PRO features during your subscription (under 5 conversions)
• Dissatisfaction caused by a technical issue (documentable)
• Accidental duplicate purchase

3. Cancellation — No Prorated Refunds

Cancellations made after the 7-day withdrawal window do NOT qualify for prorated refunds:

• Cancellation takes effect immediately; no future renewal is charged
• PRO features remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No money is refunded for unused days
• Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Accounts closed due to Terms of Service violations
• Transactions with detected fraud or unauthorized access
• Purchases made through third-party platforms
• Requests after bulk conversion or API usage
• Subscriptions past 7 days with high usage

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Follow: Account > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
• No further charges are made upon cancellation
• PRO features remain active until the end of the current period
• Automatic downgrade to free plan after cancellation

6. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

• 1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
• 2. Include your account email and purchase date
• 3. Briefly explain your reason for the refund if any
• 4. Refund approval will be emailed within 2 business days
• 5. Refund issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days

7. Consumer Rights

Under Article 48 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (TKHK) and the Distance Sales Regulation, a 7-day legal right of withdrawal applies to digital services. Because the service is delivered instantly, withdrawal may only be requested where PRO features have not been substantively used.
