Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund processes for paid subscriptions.

1. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their purchased subscriptions at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, the user can continue to use the service for the remainder of their billing period.
  • No payment will be taken in the next renewal period.
  • Cancellation can be done via user panel (Profile > Subscription) or via [email protected].

KolayDonustur prioritizes customer satisfaction and processes refunds under the following conditions.

3. Eligible Conditions for Refund

7-Day Unconditional Refund

  • First-time buyers of a paid subscription can request a refund without providing a reason within 7 days.
  • Refund requests must be communicated via [email protected].
  • The refund process is completed within 5-10 business days through the payment channel.

Refund Due to Technical Issues

  • If a user cannot use the services due to a technical error and the issue cannot be resolved by support, a refund can be issued.
  • A request explaining the issue or providing a screenshot must be sent to [email protected].

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be made in the following cases:

  • If the user has exceeded the 7-day refund period
  • If the user has violated the service terms knowingly or abusively
  • If the user has fully utilized the service and the request is arbitrary
  • If payment was made under a third-party campaign or discount

5. Refund Process

  • The user submits a refund request via [email protected].
  • Our support team reviews the request and responds within 3 business days.
  • For approved requests, the fee is refunded via the payment channel within 5-10 business days.
