Where is my data stored?

All data is saved in your browser's localStorage only. Nothing is sent to any server. If you clear your browser cache the data will be lost, so export your CSV regularly.

Can I track multiple projects simultaneously?

Yes. Assign a different project code to each entry and use the filter to view any single project's totals in isolation.

Is the Work Log free to use?

Completely free. There are no subscriptions, no premium tiers, and no hidden fees.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, the interface is fully mobile-responsive and works in any modern mobile browser without installing an app.

Which apps can open the exported CSV?

Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, and most accounting tools like QuickBooks or FreshBooks accept the standard CSV format.

Does KolayDonustur collect any personal data I enter?

No. The tool runs entirely client-side and no data ever leaves your device. KolayDonustur has no access to your work records.

How do I back up older entries?

Use the export button to download your full history as a CSV at any time. We recommend exporting at least once a week as a backup habit.
