How many signers can I add on the free plan?

This tool is a Pro (paid) feature; there is no free/premium distinction, the fixed limit is 20 signers.

Which file type can I upload and what is the size limit?

You can upload a PDF as the document to be signed. The file size can be at most 25 MB.

What is the difference between sequential and parallel signing workflows?

In a sequential workflow, signing invitations are sent in order, and after one signer signs, the next person is invited. In a parallel workflow, invitations are sent to all signers at the same time.

How do signers receive the signing link?

A signing link is sent to the email address you provide for each signer. If email sending has not yet been configured live, in test mode the links are shown on the screen; you can copy them and forward them to the signers yourself.

Where are my document and signing information processed?
