Uploaded Files
- Files uploaded by the user are stored for 7 days and hard-deleted automatically at the end of this period.
- KolayDonustur does not review the content of uploaded files or share them with third parties.
Retention Periods
- Uploaded files: 7 days (auto hard-delete)
- Server access logs: 6 months
- Account data: deleted within 2 years after account closure
- Billing records: 10 years (Turkish Tax Procedure Law)

- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google AI — AI text & image generation (data sent only when AI tool is invoked; not used for model training per provider DPA)
- Cloudflare — CDN & DDoS protection (IP + technical headers only)
These services have their own privacy policies. KolayDonustur is not responsible for data use by these services. AI providers (OpenAI/Anthropic/Google) are based in the US — KVKK Article 9 (international transfer) consent is requested via the AI Consent Gate before AI tool use. See /ai-etik for details.
