Uploaded Files

Uploaded files are automatically hard-deleted within 7 days at most — usually within 24 hours on the free plan.
KolayDonustur does not review the content of uploaded files or share them with third parties.

Retention Periods

Uploaded files: within 7 days max — usually 24h on free plan (auto hard-delete)
Server access logs: 6 months
Account data: deleted within 2 years after account closure
Billing records: 10 years (Turkish Tax Procedure Law)

Used to show relevant advertisements to users.

Users can disable cookies via browser settings. However, some site functions may not work properly.

KolayDonustur never sells or uses user data for commercial purposes. It shares data only with the processors needed to provide the service (including AI providers abroad in Video Analysis / Video Dubbing, based on your explicit consent — see the section below).

5. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics — user statistics (anonymous)
Google AdSense — advertising services (on free plan)
PAYTR Virtual POS — secure payment infrastructure
Third-party AI service providers — AI text & image generation (data sent only when AI tool is invoked; not used for model training per provider DPA)
Third-party CDN & security provider — CDN & DDoS protection (IP + technical headers only)

These services have their own privacy policies. KolayDonustur is not responsible for data use by these services. AI providers operate abroad (e.g. US/EU) — KVKK Article 9 (international transfer) consent is requested via the AI Consent Gate before AI tool use. See /ai-etik for details.

7. Children's Privacy

KolayDonustur does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe your child's data has been collected, please contact us.

This Privacy Policy may be updated in line with legislative changes or service updates. Registered users are notified of significant changes via email.

Video Analysis and Video Dubbing: processors abroad and explicit consent

The video/audio file you upload in these two tools, or the content downloaded from a link, is transferred to the service providers located abroad listed below solely to provide the service. The transfer takes place only when you use these tools and on the basis of the EXPLICIT CONSENT you give before uploading; if you do not consent, these two tools cannot be used (other tools are unaffected). Voice recordings and speech content may constitute personal data.

Your files are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2. The source video and intermediate files are deleted as soon as processing finishes; results are kept for 30 days in Video Analysis and 7 days in Video Dubbing and you can delete them at any time from within the tool ("Delete my data now").
We do not use your content to train AI models. Each provider's own processing and retention terms are governed by that provider's privacy policy.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time (effective going forward): write to [email protected] or delete the relevant job from within the tool. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
The time of your consent and the version of the text (2026-09-28-v1) are stored with your job record.
