e-Invoice XML to Excel Converter

It is the machine-readable form of a Turkish e-Invoice, prepared in the UBL-TR standard defined by the Revenue Administration (GİB). Seller and buyer details, line items, taxes and totals are stored in tagged fields. e-Archive invoices use the same UBL-TR Invoice structure.

Yes. The tool reads UBL-TR Invoice (Invoice-2) documents by namespace, so files using different prefixes work, and invoices inside a StandardBusinessDocument envelope are read. Other document types (e-Despatch, e-SMM, application responses, CreditNote) are not supported and you are told so explicitly. Signatures/e-seals are not verified. This tool covers Turkish UBL-TR invoices only, not every XML invoice format worldwide.

Yes. e-Archive invoices use the same UBL-TR Invoice structure and are converted the same way, including TCKN and name for individual buyers.

Right now one XML file can be converted at a time. Multi-file (batch) conversion is not available yet.

Yes. In the "Fatura Kalemleri" sheet every item is its own row: name, description, item codes, quantity, unit, unit price, discount, line amount, VAT rate and amount, withholding and other taxes. Invoice-level data is in the "Fatura Özeti" sheet, one row per invoice.

Yes. VAT rate and amount appear on each line; all tax subtotals (VAT, special consumption tax, etc.), exemption codes/reasons and withholding data are listed in the "Vergi Detayları" sheet. Tax names and codes are transferred exactly as written in the XML; no description is invented for unknown codes.

Make sure it is a UBL-TR XML downloaded from the e-Invoice/e-Archive portal (not a PDF or image) and was not truncated. Malformed files and files containing a DOCTYPE/ENTITY declaration are rejected for security reasons. The message tells you what went wrong; contact support if it persists.

No. Your XML is processed in your browser; it is not uploaded and no copy is kept. It is released from memory when you close the page or start a new conversion. Usage statistics contain only numbers such as size, never file names or contents.

Converting a single XML file (up to 5 MB) to Excel or CSV is free; no sign-up is needed.

The output is a standard .xlsx/.csv file; there is no integration with a specific accounting program. Each program has its own import template, so you may need to rearrange columns. ID/number columns are written as text, so leading zeros are preserved.

Not at the moment; only Excel (.xlsx) and CSV outputs are available. For an official invoice view use your e-Invoice portal or private integrator; outputs from this tool do not replace the official e-Invoice document.
