TR Employment Contract Generator (AI)

The generated text is a draft and can be binding once it is filled in correctly and signed by both parties; however, this is not a legal advisory service. It is recommended that you have it checked by a lawyer or an HR expert before signing.

Under Article 15 of the Labor Law, the probation period is a maximum of 2 months; with a collective bargaining agreement, this period can be extended up to 4 months. The form reminds you of this limit, but you must check the value you enter yourself.

Under Article 17 of the Labor Law, four options are offered based on seniority: 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks; you must choose the one that matches the employee's seniority.

No, it is optional. If you check the checkbox in the form, a confidentiality/loyalty obligation clause under Article 396 of the Turkish Code of Obligations (TBK) is added to the contract.

This information is sent to the AI model only for the purpose of generating the contract text and is not permanently stored after the generation request is completed.

By clicking the "Sign with e-signature" button, you can automatically convert the generated text to PDF and send it to the PDF Sign tool on the site, where you can continue with the digital signature process.

By default, the tool generates a full open-ended employment contract draft; for a fixed-term contract or one with special conditions, you can write your specific request in the "Additional notes" field, but you must have the result checked by a lawyer.

This tool is part of the Pro plan; a Pro membership may be required to use it.

You can copy the text directly and correct it by hand, or you can regenerate the contract by stating the corrections you want to add in the "Additional notes" field; in any case, it is recommended that you have a final check done by an expert.

No, this is a drafting tool; it is not a comprehensive HR management system with functions such as payroll, personnel file tracking or SGK notifications.
