Do you store my photo on the server?

No. The photo is only temporarily held during processing; when processing finishes, the temporary files on the server are automatically deleted.

Which upscaling option should I use?

If you want to sharpen the photo at its current size, choose "Restore only"; if you will use it for print or on a large screen, choose 2x or 4x upscaling.

What is the maximum file size?

You can upload a PNG or JPG photo up to 8MB in size.

How long does processing take?

Depending on the photo size and the selected upscaling ratio, it takes approximately 30-90 seconds.

Does it work on photos without faces?

The tool is primarily designed to detect and repair faces; on images without faces, the background upscaling algorithm still works, but the face-specific restoration effect is not seen.

Does it work on photos containing multiple faces?

Yes, the model tries to process and repair all faces it detects in the photo separately.

What is the output format?

The result is downloaded in PNG format, which offers lossless quality.

Does it work on extremely degraded or very small faces?

The model gives good results with moderate blur and low resolution; however, on photos where the face is extremely small, extremely degraded, or a large part of the face is missing, the result may be limited.

Can I use the restored photo commercially?

You can use the restoration you make on your own photo for any purpose; however, when processing a copyrighted photo that belongs to someone else, you must pay attention to the usage rights of that photo.
