According to which date is the severance pay cap applied?

The cap is applied according to the period on your termination date; it is not always the current cap value. The severance pay cap is re-determined in January and July in six-month periods, depending on the civil servant salary coefficient. Therefore, it is important that you enter your termination date correctly.

In which cases is notice pay paid?

Notice pay is paid only in cases of employer termination. In the calculation result, notice pay is shown based on the number of weeks you are entitled to.
